Powder Spreader Lamination Machine

Hotmelt powder-sprinkling lamination system is based on the principle of sprinkling the powder form of thermoplastic adhesives between the products to be laminated and melting them with heat. In addition to lamination, it is also possible to perform coating on these lines. Fabrics that are resistant to washing and dry cleaning can be obtained in these machines, where many thermoplastic adhesives such as PE PES, TPU, PA, Co-Polyamide, Co-Polyester, and EVA can be used. It is becoming increasingly common in the automotive industry as an alternative to flame and water-based laminations, especially due to environmental factors.
